Good communication is an art form; visual problem-solving is my passion. My success and reputation in art is built upon a wide-ranging curiousity and a talent for expressive use of artist’s methods and materials. I have spent four decades working as a graphic designer, illustrator, portrait painter, abstract artist, printmaker, sculptor, photographer, digital photo-restorer, jewelry and ceramic artist, political cartoonist and more. In 1992, I was designated Master Pastelist by the Pastel Society of America. In the same year my fine art caught the attention of Bel-Air country Club; the painting, On The Tee With Jack Nicklaus at Bel-Air led to a series of assignments to create fine art and commercial design for private country clubs, including: Hacienda Golf Club, PGA WEST Resorts, San Francisco Golf Club, Los Angeles Hunt Club, Redlands Country Club, Santa Ana Country Club and Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles.
I enjoy all challenges where effective visual design is the aim. I invite you to explore my website and consider how I might help tell those stories important to you. I welcome your inquiries.
